This Privacy policy of Remote Symphony (hereinafter may be referred to as “we”, “us” and/or “our”) is created to provide information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information including Personally Identifiable information (PII) of user’s (hereinafter may be referred to as “you”) information through http://remotesymphony.com (the “Website”), any other web links, applications or online services that are owned or controlled by Remote Symphony as well as any information Remote Symphony collects offline in connection with the Website Services and through any other means such as various events, sales and marketing activities.
We do not require you to register or provide your PII to visit our Website. By using our Website Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy in addition to any other agreements that we might require to enter with you.

Whenever you use our Website or access our Website Services, we and our service providers, including third party content providers, may automatically collect certain information including via cookies from you such as pages visited, links clicked, text entered into or from chat box and mouse movements. We and/or our service providers may use publicly available sources to approximate your geographic region and Internet Service Provider based on your IP address. We collect this information to analyze using of our Website Services by the people and make improvement in our Website and Website Services function, as and when required, for compliance purpose and to prevent the fraudulent or illegal activity.

B. Voluntarily Providing of Information

Visitors may choose to interact with the us through our website which results in providing of PII to Remote Symphony, such as giving us your name, Company Name, Work Email address, phone number, Company Website, Range of Employees and country location while signing up to learn more about Remote Symphony’s Client services. If you use our Website to register for availing services, complete online registration forms, you will be asked to provide PII. If you choose to provide us with any PII, you agree to this Privacy Policy and we  will use the information provided to respond to your request.

2. INFORMATION ON USE OF PII

Remote Symphony may receive PII from Clients to perform services required by them. Any PII used for such purposes will be limited to access by only those who require it for performing their job function at Remote Symphony.

We use PII for the legitimate purpose such as:

  • To share communication regarding the Service offered by us and amendments to our terms & conditions and various policies.
  • To maintain, improve and enhance our products and Services. 
  • To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests and provide customer service and support as and when required.

Upon signing up or login to official Remote Symphony accounts, PII shared may become available to Remote Symphony. Such information may also become available to Remote Symphony as and when user provides, submits, communicates, links, posts, or associates information with designated Remote Symphony accounts on social media by using “hashtags”, “liking”, “sharing”, “tweeting”, commenting on any content or media on our designated accounts. At times, Remote Symphony through its officials, agents, authorised representative and assignees, may

respond publicly to such content or media.

In addition to the automatic and voluntary provided information collected by Remote Symphony, third-parties may host its content, applications on the webpage, and/or cookies which collects information from your Devise while you are using our website.

 
Kindly be informed that we do not control our business partners’ use of PII. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites or services. Such entities are responsible for managing their own use of the PII collected in these circumstances.

Remote Symphony may transfer data to third-parties, in the ordinary course of business due to expansions or fund-raising, due to an acquisition of business assets by another entity or corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or such other Corporate Restructuring as otherwise prescribed by this policy.   • To law enforcement officials, as may be required by prevailing law or court order.

5. RIGHTS OF USER

You can visit our Website without providing any PII. However, if you choose not to provide any PII, you may not be able to use certain Website Services.

Because of the nature of our business, our services are not designed to appeal to children under the age of 16.
