Why the name Remote Symphony?

● Because we know growing a business requires a symphony of contributions and contributors, and we wanted to support that
symphony in bringing world-class talent to help orchestrate growth. Perhaps a clever metaphor, but we thought it was meaningful and relevant to the job of growing a business.

Why the change?

●After almost 4 years of success in growing our DADJ Global business – proving the viability and need for a talent management specialist – we needed to explore the opportunities to scale and grow.


●We arrived at a proven online technology and business model you may be familiar with if you lodge with Airbnb, purchase from Amazon, or call a ride-share through Uber.


●The technology is effectively a two sided online marketplace where buyers and sellers are matched. In our case, talented professionals from our pool of world-class talent are matched to our client needs using artificial intelligence.


●The technology has been proven reliable and now, more than ever before, particularly relevant to remote talent management.

Why now?

● In a post-pandemic era, the global talent shortage for full time equivalent (FTE) white collar professionals increased dramatically, making it difficult for businesses to adapt and grow their business.

● In fact, the size of the problem is quite significant:
